Refunds & Exchange
We mean what we say and we deliver what you order! We continuously strive to give you great services. But in rare cases, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you an easy return and exchange option. You can avail of it within the seven days after delivery. Any product(s) can be returned or exchanged subjected to the following conditions:
Exchange
It is requested to please select the right size before placing the order. If you’re confused about your size, our customer service representative is always there to help you. Well, for a better customer’s online experience, HUEMAN.PK exchange the size as per the exchange policy.
- An exchange request must be made within seven days after delivery.
- Try to not use the product.
- All tags must be intact.
- Shipping charges are applicable.
Return/Refund
A refund is allowed when the product received is damaged or different from the order you placed. We must be informed within seven days of receiving the product(s) by courier. HUEMAN.PK will not bear any of the charges applied by the banks or credit card transactions.
- Return the product with original packing, tags, and labels.
- Refund will only proceed once we receive the product and find the cause you mentioned.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or different from the order placed.
- The refund process may take 2-3 weeks generally.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel the order before it has been shipped. HUEMAN.PK has the authority to cancel the order for the reasons such as:
- The item is out of stock.
- Pricing errors.
- Credit card payments are declined by finance issuing organizations.
